Overall pretty comfy and does keep my head from sweating during the night, it does take your body some time to get use to it at first...so do expect some shoulder stiffness, if you are use to a more hard pillow.

This comforter claims to be cooling, and it delivered! I have ordered many comforters/sheets off of Amazon claiming to be cooling and they don't do a dang thing. This comforter is the first to actually keep us cool all night. In fact, if you were to post a stand selling these to women going through menopause, they'd sell like hot cakes. We have the cooling comforter, the cooling down sheet, and the cooling pillow cases. We are set for the Texas summer!! So happy with my purchase.
